Shipping Policy

We offer flat rate shipping for $12. We offer Australia Post Standard delivery service.

Domestic shipping takes 5–10 business days, plus an additional 1–2 days for rural and remote areas. These time frames cover the processing of your order and delivery by our courier.

If you have specific instructions for delivery, please contact us before placing your order.

Returns

Parrot and Pea offer no returns or refunds for change of mind. 

You may return any ceramic that has arrived to you damaged, broken or faulty.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

To return your product, we will email you the return address.

Our policy lasts 21 days. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
